Sport Express national newspaper included the American guard of Ural Great Andrew Wisniewski in the number of five all-star players of the Russian Superleague in January. In the four Russian championship games played in January Wisniewski averaged 17.0 points, made 5.0 assists, pulled 5.5 rebounds and spent on the court 36.2 minutes per game. The other four players are Holden (CSKA), Miloserdov (Universitet Surgut), Hamilton (Enisey Krasnoyarsk) and Wilkinson (Khimki).
