Game vs Spartak viewed by General Director... |
|
|
Ural Great was defeated by Spartak (St. Petersburg) and it caused a shock of Perm fans. And we asked Sergei Kushchenko General Director of Ural Great Basketball Club to comment the game on the phone. (Administration and head coach participated at the conference of General Assembly of Russian Basketball Federation and had to miss the last game against Uniks, Kazan):
"In my opinion first of all the players were rather tired, they had 9 games in 11 days. And second, team administration is worried about playing condition of Igor Kurashov who did not take the leadership .
So speaking about readiness of the team for the next season I can say it is only 30 per cent, especially offence. I mean not physical condition, but team roster.
Coaching staff has decided Konstantin Tarasenko does not suit us. And we are signing Sergei Toporov for two years..." |
